Salary Deductions & Eid Holidays Notice

Dear Team,

This is to inform you that for the past few months, we have not been deducting salaries for late arrivals or uninformed leaves, as we wanted to give everyone a fair chance to improve.

However, starting this month, salary deductions will be strictly applied for:

• Arriving late (after 9:00 AM)
• Taking leave without informing before office hours

Please note, office timing is 9:00 AM sharp. Make sure to arrive before time (9am) to avoid deductions. If you need to take a day off, it is mandatory to inform your reporting person before office hours on same day.

Additionally, Eid holidays will be from Thursday, 5th May to Monday, 9th May. The office will resume normal working hours from Tuesday, 10th May, 9am to 6pm.

No exceptions will be made moving forward.
